Jason Blaine and his wife Amy were involved in a minor car accident late last night in Nashville, TN.

Returning from a CMA event, the vehicle they were in was struck from behind while stopped at a red light. Both Jason and his wife are fine and have no injuries. Although, the whole event left them both understandably shaken as they are expecting the birth of their second child in October.

Ironically, Jason was scheduled to appear on the CMT30 with host Paul McGuire on June 11th for the debut of his latest single/video “My First Car”. Due to the circumstances, Jason will be unable to make it to the shows taping in Toronto, ON. “I’m just thankful to God that my wife is ok and also that the other person is too”, says Jason.
